The prefabricated connection between steel tube column and light-weight steel truss beam is a new type of prefabricated steel structure connection.This connection is mainly composed of the cube type steel column,inner casing cube type column,high-strength bolt and light-weight steel truss beam.The advantanges of this kind of connection are the high flexural bearing capacity,large rotational stiffness,excellent deformability and low separation of inner casing cube type columns.Based on the experimental and numerical simulation of connections,the influences of different parameters on the hysteretic behavior of prefabricated connection are investigated.The research results can be applied to practical prefabricated structural engineering,and this paper mainly completed the following works:(1)Considering installation and construction process,the construction and dimension of a new type of connection is proposed.(2)A total of four full-sized specimens of prefabricated connection between steel tube column and light-weight steel truss beam were designed and carried out the cyclic tests.The main mechachanical behavior of connections,including of the flexural bearing capacity,rotational stiffness,strength degradation,ductility,hysteretic energy dissipation,shear deformation and separation of short columns,were analyzed.(3)The refined finite element model of prefabricated connection was established by ABAQUS program.Comparing the test phenomena,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,rotational stiffness and hysteretic energy dissipation of prefabricated connection to verify the reliability of ABAQUS program.(4)The parametric finite element analysis of prefabricated connection is carried out.The influence of design parameters such as connection type,height of truss beam,section of chord member and thickness of chord member,thickness of web member,vierendeel internode spacing of truss beam,axial load and steel material property on prefabricated connection was investigated.
