Augmented reality technology is one of the hottest technologies in recent years,which has a good application prospect.In the power plant,the traditional training,operation and maintenance methods are inefficient and prone to errors.The application of augmented reality technology in power plant is of great significance to shorten training period,improve work efficiency and reduce error rate.Based on the detailed research of augmented reality technology and the specific analysis of the work flow of thermal power plant,this paper designs a set of state visualization system of thermal power plant based on augmented reality.The main work includes:The method of feature point extraction in the image is analyzed.The ORB feature extraction algorithm is introduced and studied in detail,including feature point extraction,scale pyramid construction,feature point direction determination,and feature point description.An improved ORB-PCA algorithm is proposed.By using the principal component analysis method,the r BRIEF feature description vector in the ORB algorithm is reduced in dimension and desiccated to obtain the optimized descriptor.The detection and tracking methods of moving objects are analyzed.The process of Tracking-Learning-Detection algorithm is expounded,it is improved by using ORBPCA algorithm,and the performance of TLD algorithm is studied through experiments.The principle of camera calibration is summarized and analyzed.The visualization system of thermal power unit based on augmented reality technology is designed and implemented.In the data layer,the feature registration module,information presentation module and interaction module are implemented.In the business layer,the training,operation status monitoring and equipment maintenance guidance are implemented.In the application layer,the combination of components is realized.Finally,the function test and performance evaluation of the system are carried out through experiments. |
