The calculation frequency of the calculation board is continuously improved,and its heat generation is also increasing.Therefore,the water cooling technology can solve the problem of heat dissipation and noise of the calculation board.However,the main problem that restricts the water cooling technology is to improve the current sharing characteristics of the splitter and the heat transfer characteristics of the watercooled board.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the calculation board splitter and water cooling board structure.This paper reviews the research status and overall development prospects of water cooling systems for electronic devices such as calculation boards.Aiming at the problem of heat dissipation optimization of a combined calculation board,the original splitter and water-cooled board are taken as the research object,and the flow and heat transfer characteristics are numerically simulated and experimentally studied.The comparative analysis shows that the numerical simulation method is reasonable.Based on this,the main reasons for the poor current sharing effect of the original splitter are the small diameter of the water distribution chamber and the large water outlet.By changing these two factors,16 kinds of improvement schemes are drawn up based on the original splitter,and the optimal program is selected after comprehensively considering the current sharing effect and pressure loss,and the verification experiments are performed.The main reason for the poor heat exchange effect of the original water-cooled plate is that the internal flow channel structure is irrational,which results in low flow velocity of each flow channel and a small heat transfer coefficient.Then,based on the original water-cooled plate,three improvement schemes were developed and compared with numerical simulations.The optimal water-cooled plate program was selected after comprehensively considering the internal flow channel distribution,the cumulative heat exchange capacity,pressure loss,whether it is easy to discharge bubbles,and the actual application situation.And experiment with it.The results of the study indicate that the recommended selection range for the value of the structure factor k of the diverter is 5≤k≤6;after optimization,the maximum deviation of the diverter outlet flow is reduced from the original 100% to 8.3%.;the water cooling board program improves heat transfer by 4.2% compared to the original program,and the average temperature of the calculation board decreased by 5.3%.
