Lamilloy is considered as a new type of cooling way which can meet the high cooling effectiveness with low cooling air consumption. In back of investigation of longitudinal ripple board, in this text, numerical simulation and experimental investigation are carried out to analyses the performance of simple lamilloy board applied to afterburner, which is meaningful for the design of high effectiveness board.Firstly, a favorable structure is selected in a group of simple lamilloy board based on the performance including flow resistance, cooling effectiveness, cooling uniformity. Then this structure was optimized and the rational baffle length, baffle obliquity, holes disposion were confirmed. Finally, numerical simulation and experimental investigation were combined to analyze the flow resistance and cooling effectiveness of simple lamilloy board while the flow parameter changes, such as the main flow Reynolds number, the second flow Reynolds number, the flow ratio, and so on.The calculating model established in the same size as the realistic model in numerical simulation, receive the distribution of flow with the turbulent model of Realizable k -ε. Compared on the flow resistance and heat transfer effect with longitudinal ripple board, and analyze the flow resistance and heat transfer effect of simple lamilloy board while the flow parameter changes, including the main flow Reynolds number, the second flow Reynolds number and the flow ratio.The experimental sample has the same size with the numerical model and then the flow resistance and heat transfer effect of lamilloy board were investigated. At last, the influence law of different flow parameters to flow resistance and heat transfer was obtained. the experiment results are in good agreement with numerical simulations.
