At present,most of the buildings in our country use reinforced concrete frame structure,but the seismic performance of concrete frame structure is poor,which is very easy to cause serious damage and collapse.As a new type of damper,the Buckling restrained brace(BRB)not only consume energy prior to the main structure,but also solve the problem of compression buckling of ordinary brace under rare earthquake.A large number of earthquake experts and engineers have paid great attention to the good energy dissipation performance of BRB,but at present,there is little research on the layout optimization of BRB in reinforced concrete frame structures.In order to solve these problems,based on the finite element software and the engineering example,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out to discuss the influence of the different arrangement of the BRB on the energy dissipation and seismic mitigation of the structure.The specific work is as follows:(1)The basic concept,principle and development status of BRB at home and abroad are briefly introduced.From the theoretical analysis,the reasonable layout of the frame structure can improve the seismic performance and bearing capacity of the structure,and can provide the design basis and reference for the engineering example.(2)Based on the finite element analysis software,the dissipation and seismic mitigation performance of six layers BRB concrete frame is studied.Because diamond layout,V-layout and monoclinic layout are the mainstream layout of many current layout methods,this paper makes a numerical simulation analysis and comparison of the above three layout methods.The simulation results show that the different arrangement has different effects on the top displacement,performance curve and Plastic hinge development of the concrete frame structure,among which the diamond arrangement has the best energy dissipation and seismic mitigation performance and should be preferred.(3)There are often weak layers in the concrete frame structure due to various reasons.How to arrange the BRB reasonably in this structure can improve the seismic performance of the structure,also has great research significance.In this paper,SAP2000 software is used for numerical simulation analysis and comparison.The BRB should be arranged in the weak layer and the bottom layer as far as possible when the structure contains weak layer.(4)Taking a reinforced concrete frame structure home care service center as an example,the structure is reasonably arranged BRB.Numerical simulation and analysis of the original structure and the structure after BRB arrangement are carried out to verify the conclusions of the above study.
