The curtain wall,as the decorative material of the facade wall of modern buildings,should meet the requirements of wind pressure deformation,high temperature resistance,rainwater leakage,impact resistance,etc.At present,the common glass curtain wall,stone curtain wall and metal curtain wall in the market have their own advantages,but they all have limitations.Based on the mechanical study of textile reinforced concrete,this paper proposes the idea of timber textile reinforced concrete as a light-weight thin-walled external wall panel,hereinafter referred to as T-TRC.This kind of structure can make full use of the characteristics of the two materials,so that the plank is in tension and the concrete is in compression.On the one hand,as a kind of renewable material,wood board has a natural decorative effect,which brings a warm feeling to people.On the other hand,it replaces part of concrete,reduces the self weight of components,thus reducing the transportation cost.This kind of structure can be preprocessed and manufactured in the factory.Its quality and precision are easy to guarantee.Compared with ordinary stone curtain wall,it is more energy-saving and environmental protection.Therefore,it is a new type of laminated sheet with high market development and application prospect.In this paper,the interface bonding performance test,plate type design,plate bending performance test,toughness analysis and joint structure design are carried out to evaluate the feasibility of T-TRC composite plate as external wall panel.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the double-sided shear model and the test design scheme of the previous wood concrete push-out specimens,11 groups of 33 specimens were designed to carry out the interface bond performance test.In order to explore the bonding performance of different combination forms,the interface treatment methods such as planting nails,gluing and bonding mesh,adding wire mesh and no treatment were carried out respectively.At the same time,draw the load slip curve,study and analyze the bearing capacity and deformation performance of the composite structure.The results show that both planting nails and mesh can effectively improve the bond performance between wood and concrete.The ductility of the component increases with the increase of the number of screws,and the initial stiffness can be improved by gluing,but the ductility of the component will decrease at the same time.(2)The manufacturing method of laminated sheet is introduced.The experiment proves the feasibility of the method.The manufacturing dimension error of the component is small,which has a good guarantee for its quality.(3)Experimental study on bending performance of laminated sheet.In order to facilitate on-site construction and assembly,a 300 mm modular laminated sheet is designed.Test design variables: different slab types(B1: 300 mm * 900 mm,B2: 600 mm * 900 mm,B3: 600 mm * 600mm),concrete thickness(18mm,23 mm,28mm).As the laminated sheet is subjected to wind load as an external wall panel,it is necessary to consider the positive and negative problems of wind pressure.Therefore,four laminated sheets shall be made under each working condition,one side of two boards shall be tensioned,and the other side of two fabric reinforced concrete shall be tensioned,totaling 36 laminated sheets.The load displacement,load plank strain,bearing capacity and crack development of laminated thin plates are studied.The results show that: for the tension members on one side of the board,the deflection in the middle of the composite slab decreases with the increase of the thickness of the concrete,while the ultimate flexural capacity increases with the increase of the thickness of the concrete;the deflection in the middle of the composite slab increases with the increase of the thickness of the concrete;the displacement ductility coefficients of all the laminated slabs are similar(1.54 ~ 3.55).Under the ultimate load,the deflection of midspan is about 15 mm,which still shows good ductility.The failure mode is ductile failure.In addition,the wind load of B2 and B3 panels is checked,and the feasibility of them as external wall panels is demonstrated.(4)In this paper,EFNARC(European Society of sprayed concrete)is used to evaluate the flexural toughness of square plates.The application design of T-TRC laminated thin plate is carried out,and the structural design of the laminated thin plate joint is completed.The technical characteristics and construction process of this method are described.
