The concrete sandwich panel is a new type panel which helps environment protection and consumes less energy.Because of the external structure with the largest contact area with the external structure(exterior wall suspension board),the vertical bearing capacity of its nodes is particularly important for the safety of the building.On the purpose of diving further in the study of the vertical bearing capacity of the load-bearing joints in the side wall of the concrete sandwich exterior cladding panels,four types of concrete sandwich exterior cladding panels interlayer joints were designed and manufactured in this paper.In order to explore its mechanical properties,a test method was designed to explore its vertical load-bearing capacity,with the help of finite element analysis.Considering the test results as well as the finite element analysis results,and adjust the related test variables to explore further,The conclusion are summarized as follows:(1)The mechanical properties of four specimens of concrete sandwich exterior cladding panels designed and produced have been studied,and have passed the vertical bearing capacity test.The conclusion is that through a comprehensive analysis of the data,hypothesis has been proved by test case that the four specimens are in the elastic stage at the beginning of loading,and transform into the plastic stage after cracking,and the curve change trend is dramatic.Variety.In comparison with the CSO-1 specimen,the ultimate bearing capacity of the CSO-2,CSE-1 and CSE-2 specimens has increased by 50%,231% and288%,respectively.It’s confirmed that the double-layer steel mesh,the increase in steel joints and the internal,The increasing thickness of the slab concrete surface can dramatically contribute to the growth of the vertical bearing capacity of the joint area of the concrete sandwich exterior cladding panels.It can be known that the design methods of CSE-1 and CSE-2 have a large safety margin and can satisfy the need of the vertical bearing capacity of the external wall panels.(2)The finite element modeling and analysis of the concrete sandwich exterior cladding panels specimens were carried out using finite element software,and the results were compared with the test results.As revealed by result,for the ultimate bearing capacity,the difference between the simulation value and the experimental value is within 10%,which demonstrates that the correctness of finite element modeling.As far as the vertical displacement and strain are concerned,the difference between the simulation value and the test value is within 20%,and the error is relatively large,but the development trend of the curve is as similar as prior,which could reflect the component deformation.Specimen in some degree.(3)By changing the thickness of the inner layer plate,carry out the numerical expansion analysis on the designed test piece.The conclusion is draw from research experiment : the increase of the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen is correspond to the increase of the thickness of the inner slab concrete,but the relationship between the two is nonlinear.When the thickness of the inner plate is greater than 100 mm,the increase of the ultimate load has an obvious slowdown trend.Therefore,when designing the CS exterior wall panels,the thickness of the inner and outer panels can be adjusted appropriately so that the exterior wall panels not only own the excellent mechanical performance,but also consume less energy.
