In general engineering,the wind deflection design of the jumper at the tower head only considers that the jumper is subject to the horizontal wind load of 90 degrees with its line direction.Large height difference jumper has the characteristics of large windproof area and small tension along the line direction.When it is subjected to zero degree wind load along the line direction of jumper,its line shape changes greatly.Therefore,the calculation of large height difference jumper under the action of zero degree wind is very important for the design of electrical distance of tower head,but there is no relevant research at present.In this paper,the calculation method and application of large height difference jumper under zero degree wind are studied,which can provide the basis and reference for the fine design of tower head with large height difference jumper.In this paper,aiming at the large height difference jumper subjected to gravity load and zero degree wind load,the model is simplified by coordinate system rotation method,and then the theoretical model of wind deflection analysis of large height difference jumper under zero degree wind is established based on parabola equation and catenary equation respectively;the simulation model of large height difference jumper under zero degree wind is established by ANSYS,which is compared with the theoretical model,and the large height difference jumper is verified The feasibility of the calculation method of zero degree wind deflection line;the theoretical formula of zero degree wind deflection of high difference jumper considering bending rigidity is derived,and the calculation method of zero degree wind deflection of high difference jumper considering bending stiffness is obtained;the zero degree wind deflection experiment system of high difference jumper model is designed,and the results of ANSYS simulation,model experiment and theoretical analysis considering bending stiffness are compared Verification: Based on the calculation method of zero degree wind wind deflection of the high difference jumper,the design process of the high difference jumper is given,and the design program is compiled.The research results are as follows:(1)the calculation method of zero degree wind deflection of large height difference jumpers simplified by the coordinate system rotation method has certain accuracy,which can deal with the problem of wind deflection of large height difference jumpers under zero degree wind.(2)through the differential equation of jumper,the theoretical formula of zero degree wind deflection with large height difference considering bending stiffness is obtained,which takes into account the influence of bending stiffness and clamp outlet angle.The experimental and simulation results show that the formula is more accurate than the parabola equation and catenary equation in the design of high difference jumper under zero degree wind.The calculation method of zero degree wind deflection of large height difference jumper considering bending stiffness can more accurately express the numerical relationship between line shape and line length of large height difference jumper under zero degree wind.(3)based on the calculation method of zero degree wind deflection of high difference jumper considering bending stiffness,the jumper design program suitable for ordinary jumper and high difference jumper is compiled,which can provide reference for engineering design.
