Calculation Of Bending Forming Process Parameters And Program Development Of Complex Pipes

With the rapid development of shipbuilding industry, the processing efficiency of ship pipe needs to be improved, the existing technology of pipe bending is bending pipe before welding flange, this kind of technology has a long production cycle, low degree of automation, resulting in great loss of the manpower and material. The present situation can be effectively changed by implement the process of welding flange before bending pipe.In order to realize the process of welding flange before bending pipe, this paper studies the key parameters of the process, and analyzes how to calculate the parameters of welding flange before bending pipe by the existing process parameters. Then programmed the calculation by MATLAB, and finally realize the batch calculation of the key parameters, meet the requirements of production and processing. Specific research results are as follows:(1) Using the information of pipe drawing, established the three-dimensional mathematical model of the pipe by the coordinate transformation, which lays the foundation for the calculation of the parameters of the pipe processing;(2) Using the three-dimensional model of elbow, calculated the value of initial angle, end angle, pre rotation angle, which is used in the process of welding flange before bending pipe;(3) Combined theoretical analysis with experimental analysis, established physical model of spring back and extension which is used in pipe bending, which provided the basis to calculate the without surplus cutting of pipe material;(4) According to three-dimensional mathematical model and the physical model of specific pipe, calculated the start bending position, the length of without surplus cutting and the spindle rotation angle;(5) Programmed the calculation by MATLAB, and finally realized the batch calculation of the key parameters, meet the requirements of production and processing.
