Product design is moving toward a user-centered approach.Product form is the most intuitive reflection of product feeling characteristics,which directly affects the purchase decision of users.Paying attention to users’ emotional image is considered to be priceless in product form design.How to design products that meet users’ perceptual needs and improve the perceptual quality of product styling design has attracted more and more attention.In view of the deficiency of the research on product form design optimization in traditional kansei engineering,this paper proposes a robust design method based on fuzzy integral taguchi method,and conducts the research on product form design optimization by taking the multifunctional health care kettle as an example on the premise of considering multiple interactions between multi-dimensional perceptual images.It mainly includes the following aspects:(1)On the study of multiple interactions between perceptual images with 2-additive fuzzy measure:based on the definition of Boolean function and Moebius coefficient,a 2-additive fuzzy measure method using the weight of perceptual image and the correlation coefficient is proposed,and the validity of the method is proved theoretically;(2)Based on the morphological analysis and focus group method,the form of multifunctional health pot was deconstructed,the variables and level of product form design were determined,and the representative products were selected by cluster analysis.Then,the data of user perception was collected through the semantic difference scale of product form sensibility evaluation,and the emotional image dimension of multifunctional health pot modeling was determined by project analysis and factor analysis.Finally,through the orthogonal design and clustering analysis of taguchi experiment,the representative product prototype was determined.(3)Robust design optimization of product modeling based on the combination of taguchi experiment and fuzzy integral.Firstly,the signal to noise ratio(S/N)is calculated by field experiment.Secondly,based on 2-additive fuzzy measure,the multi-dimensional quality feature index(MPIC)is defined thtough the fuzzy integral value(FIV).Therefore,the S/N of each perceptual image of each experimental sample is converted into a single quality index.Finally,the influence of design variables is determined by analysis of variance,Through the response table and response diagram,the optimal design elements level combination is determined,and the optimal form design is obtained.The research results of this paper are beneficial to the optimization of the original product form design.The results show that this method can effectively improve the multidimensional perceptual quality of users,and can be used as a general robust design method to optimize product form design. |
