With the development of the Internet and cloud service technologies,more and more industries have joined the Internet operation system to improve production efficiency.For the operation and maintenance of complex equipment in factories,traditional solutions are inefficient,which seriously affects production efficiency.Especially for some advanced equipment,professionals are often required to accompany the equipment to arrive for installation,commissioning and maintenance.At the same time,due to the epidemic,the random movement of personnel was restricted,which brought many difficulties to the resumption of production.Although remote video communication has become a mainstream solution.However,a single video conversation is difficult for professional and technical personnel to understand the situation on the spot and accurately convey the technical personnel’s main points.Augmented reality technology can enrich the information of real world objects and improve the user’s ability to perceive the real world.In response to the above problems,this article proposes a remote guidance interactive system based on augmented reality to improve the quality and efficiency of field operations.In order to realize the augmented reality display of the device,the camera pose estimation problem must be solved firstly.Because industrial field devices are often large,a simple handheld display device cannot use a camera to observe the environment as a whole.In this paper,a circular orbit is designed for the camera to circle the industrial scene.And propose a joint positioning method based on vision and mechanical devices suitable for this scene to realize the three-dimensional registration of augmented reality.The traditional single manual marker has a large error in the estimation of the pose due to the smaller viewing angle and other reasons in the large scene and far visual range.This paper proposes a multi-tag recognition method based on Aruco code to complete the calibration of the camera pose in static state.And use inverse kinematics to solve the camera pose in the circular orbit,and realize the dynamic pose estimation of the camera.Another key to the system is remote communication and remote guidance.To this end,this article uses the Internet and cloud service technology to build a relay server for video transmission and data transmission in the cloud.The TCP/UDP communication protocol based on the C/S architecture is used to connect the industrial field client and the remote client to realize the augmented reality display function of the remote client and the two-way interaction of control information.According to the overall design requirements of the system and the work requirements of the water hydraulic control valve,Unity3 D is used to design a set of operation technological process suitable for remote maintenance of the water hydraulic control valve,and a specific human-computer interaction interface is designed according to the technological process.Through the operation and maintenance system,the augmented reality display of the on-site host and remote client,on-site online monitoring and boot guidance,and remote online monitoring are realized.In response to the failure of the regulating valve equipment,remote technicians can assist the on-site staff to troubleshoot the fault through the operation and maintenance system,and perform disassembly and assembly demonstrations of the failed equipment.Finally,the real-time performance and feasibility of the remote guidance system are verified through experiments.
