Abstract/Summary:
Part 1:Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Ancient ChinaModern cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)comprises an open airway, artificial ventilation, chest compressions and,if necessary, defibrillation.CPR has been intensively studied and tested to perfect an integrated and effective resuscitation system in the West. However,CPR efforts in China has been understudied and underreported. As early as the third century BC,a Chinese doctor named Zhongjing Zhang presented a detailed program to save patients from suicide by hanging in the book entitled“Synopsis of the Golden Chamber”.For example,Dr.Zhang proposed“not only to save the body, but also to save the spirit”,which remains a guiding principle in modern resuscitation:to not only ensure cardiopulmonary recovery but also preserve the brain function. We aim to review and summarize efforts of CPR in China from a historic point of view and hope will enlighten the research of modern medical devices.Part 2:Application of online evaluation of digital simulator in evaluation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skillsPurpose:To compare the online and offline evaluation of the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)using digital simulators.Research the effect of using digital simulators to perform online evaluation of CPR practice.Method:Taking the second National Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Skills Competition in 2020 as a case sample, select the same batch of participants using the same digital simulator to conduct online and offline CPR evaluation data, using paired sample T test,non-parametric test, and variance analysis method for correlation and significance analysis.Result:When the digital simulator is used for testing, the overall performance difference between the online remote evaluation and the offline evaluation is not statistically significant(p=0.169),while the difference between the two is statistically significant when the traditional manual evaluation is used(p=0.000).Comparing the online evaluation of doctors and nurses’ practice can be found that the performance of nurses is significantly better than that of doctors(p=0.001).Conclusion:In the online CPR evaluation, the use of digital simulators may be able to better reflect the actual level of the subjects, which is more consistent with the traditional offline evaluation results, and can be used in the future online promotion and popularization of CPR.This online evaluation is an important means of monitoring the effect of training. The objective score obtained after the quantitative evaluation of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulator is the dominant, and the judges are subjectively classified as the auxiliary,to establish a complete and standardized cardiopulmonary resuscitation quality evaluation system.Part 3:Invention of an intelligent CPR simulatorAt present, the incidence of sudden cardiac death in China exceeds 540,000 people each year, which is equivalent to about 1 person suffering sudden cardiac death every minute.Once a cardiac arrest occurs,if the patient is not treated in time, the survival rate of patients after 4 minutes will drop sharply. The brain will also suffer irreversible damage. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation, known as the " The first life-saving technology in the world",which can prolong saving time and save life. The popularizing rate is less than 1%in China. With the normalization of the COVID-19,the development of cluster training is affected.Online training will be the mainstream in the future,it is important to research teaching molds. This project aims to develop an intelligent cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulator that goes into the home,as an electronic teacher to monitor the quality of compressions, track students’practice, retrain regularly and improve the quality of training.Speed up the process of increasing the popularizing rate of domestic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
