Warehouse is an important place to store goods.If the safety of the warehouse environment can not be guaranteed,it is likely to lead to damage,theft and even fire accidents.Therefore,the safety monitoring of the warehouse environment has always been the focus of research in the field of security.In recent years,with the development of video monitoring technology,environmental monitoring by analyzing video data has gradually become the mainstream development direction of warehouse monitoring.Under this background,this paper designs and implements an embedded warehouse monitoring system based on video processing.On the basis of remote video monitoring,this system adds the function of target detection on the video.It can directly analyze whether there are personnel intrusions and fires through the embedded equipment on the warehouse site.In addition,the system can also monitor the environmental parameters of the warehouse site in real time,analyze whether the current environment of the warehouse meets the storage standards of items,and can better maintain the environmental safety of the warehouse,which has high application and research value.Considering the possible differences in the location of the warehouse for video monitoring and parameter acquisition,and the flexibility of the system installation,the hardware part of the system is divided into two parts:video module and parameter module.The video module is the core module of the system,with S5PV210 as the main control chip,with camera module,GSM module and WiFi module.It is mainly responsible for video monitoring,SMS early warning and the overall control and management of the system.The parameter module uses STM32F407ZGT6 as the main control chip,integrates Ethernet module and a variety of sensors,and is mainly responsible for the collection of environmental parameters.This system transplants the embedded Linux operating system on the video module,and uses this as the main software platform.In the design process of this system,real-time transmission of environmental parameters is realized through TCP protocol;monitoring data is stored and managed uniformly through SQLite database;image processing and target detection are performed on the collected video through OpenCV vision library;through calling Socket interface and transplanting The video streaming server realizes the remote transmission of videos;it realizes the sending of short messages by calling the serial port and writing AT commands.This system mainly adopts the B/S architecture,and uses the embedded Web server to be transplanted to the embedded device to interact with the user,so that the user can view the environmental parameters,monitoring video and other information of the warehouse site in real time by browsing the web page.In addition,the system also supports C/S architecture,and users can realize real-time monitoring of the warehouse environment by downloading client software to connect with the video module.After the completion of the overall construction of the system,through a long time test,the overall operation of the system is stable,which can effectively monitor and record the abnormal phenomenon of the warehouse environment,and provide SMS early warning.The system has low development cost,simple operation,comprehensive functions,and meets the expected design requirements.
