Production equipment is one of the basic elements for enterprises to engage in production and operation activities.Modern production equipment is highly complex and the completed functions are also diversified,but at the same time it also increases the difficulty of equipment maintenance.Once the equipment fails,it will cause certain production losses and even casualties.In order to reduce the number of equipment failures and ensure that the company’s production plan is completed on time,formulating a reasonable equipment preventive maintenance strategy is of great significance to the development of the company.Based on the service age regression theory,this thesis combines the service age regression phenomenon of equipment with the cognitive growth process of equipment maintenance personnel,and optimizes the preventive maintenance strategy of equipment by establishing dynamic service age factors.First,the factors that affect the effectiveness of equipment maintenance are divided into the degradation of the equipment itself and the cognitive growth of equipment maintenance personnel.After maintenance,due to the degradation of the equipment’s own functions,the health of the equipment cannot be restored to the initial operating moment.The equipment maintenance personnel have continued to accumulate and grow their own experience after repeated equipment maintenance activities.This thesis refers to Wright’s learning curve model,combined with the "S"curve to construct a cognitive growth model for equipment maintenance personnel.Combined with the equipment’s own service age regression factor,a dynamic service age regression factor considering the cognitive growth of equipment maintenance personnel is constructed.In order to reduce the equipment maintenance cost of the enterprise,a preventive maintenance strategy model with the minimum maintenance cost per unit time as the optimization goal was established.This model comprehensively considers the preventive maintenance cost,minor repair cost and replacement cost of the equipment,and takes the entire life cycle of the equipment as the research object to determine the preventive maintenance cycle with the lowest maintenance cost per unit time.Then,evaluate the relevant ability level in the cognitive growth model of equipment maintenance personnel.In the cognitive growth model,the growth process of equipment maintenance personnel is described from two dimensions,namely basic skills and development potential.When evaluating the above two dimensions,there are many influencing factors,so the DEMATEL method is used to screen them,and then the selected evaluation elements are investigated and analyzed.The mathematical model is established to minimize the sum of squares of the product of the overall Hamming distance and the element weight,and the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the evaluation element weight.According to the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory,the basic skills and development potential of relevant personnel are evaluated,and the cognitive growth model of the personnel during equipment maintenance is determined.Finally,according to the actual situation of the equipment maintenance personnel of the enterprise,the above model is verified to determine the best preventive maintenance period for the equipment in the enterprise.And through simulation,the influence of each parameter in the cognitive growth model on equipment maintenance strategy is analyzed.
