With the continuous emergence of high-rise buildings,the demand for high-speed elevators is also increasing,and at the same time,higher requirements are placed on the stability and comfort of elevator operation.This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the vertical vibration of medium and high-speed elevator cars,system structural parameters,etc.In order to suppress the vertical vibration of the elevator and ensure the stability and comfort during the elevator operation,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Considering the characteristics of the structure and dynamic characteristics of high-speed elevators,a 7-degree-of-freedom vertical vibration dynamic model of a high-speed elevator system with a traction ratio of 2:1 is established based on rigid body dynamics theory and Lagrange equations,and the dynamic characteristics are analyzed to obtain a car The changing rules of car lift height,load and elevator stiffness parameters on the elevator system modal.(2)The matrix perturbation theory in structural vibration analysis was used to study the sensitivity of the natural frequency of the vertical vibration system to the stiffness parameters.The calculation results of the matrix perturbation method and the parameter derivation method are compared to verify the accuracy and simplicity of the matrix perturbation method.By using the method of numerical calculation to study the sensitivity of the natural frequency to the stiffness parameters,and modifying the basic parameters of the system based on the analysis results,the natural frequency of the elevator structure can be kept away from the excitation frequency to avoid resonance.(3)Considering the impact of elevator inertial force during starting and braking and the excitation force caused by the unbalanced rotation of the traction wheel on the elevator operation process,the numerical integration method is used to transiently respond to the elevator car vibration acceleration and vibration displacement Analyze and study the effect of different excitation forces on elevator car vibration.(4)The comfort vibration evaluation standards for high-speed elevators are studied.In order to suppress the vertical vibrations during high-speed elevator operation and improve riding comfort and safety,the overall vertical vibration acceleration amplitude of the elevator car during operation is taken as The objective function,using genetic algorithm to optimize the structural parameters of the elevator system.The research results of this paper provide an important basis for the relevant research on suppressing elevator car vibration,improving elevator comfort and safety,and also providing a way and method for the in-depth analysis of the dynamic behavior of high-speed elevator hoisting systems and variable parameter vibration control. |
