| Due to rapidly raise of Chinese economy and technology,Internet e-commerce has been witnessed a huge development in recent year.As a result,the traditional retail industry started to face a dilemma that development ceasing.Therefore,transformation and upgrading on business model has been became more and more important to traditional retail industry.For solving the issue,many traditional retail companies paid more attention on acceleration of the transformation to O2O business model of online and offline Omni channel integration.Retail companies have transformed O2O model and carried out large-scale reform measures,such as reforming the supply chain,connecting OTO,and restructuring the logistics distribution system.These measures will influence on the firm’s operation capital management.Working capital,as the most important account to companies’liquidation,can strongly affect the companies’ development and existence.Efficient and Effective management of working capital may also decide a company’s future.Therefore,studying the management of working capital under O2O model via analyzing selected case could be significantly useful.As the first retail industry to try O2O transformation,Y enterprise’s initial business mode is single retail.After years of reform,it has formed the current stage of Internet retail mode,leading the self-development of O2O business model in retail industry,making Y enterprise shine in the domestic commercial field.Based on O2O model of Y and working capital management theories,therefore,analyzes the current situation and effect of working capital management in the transformation process of Y retail enterprise based on the channel perspective and factor perspective,and gives optimization suggestions for the existing problems of working capital management,which can not only contribute Y’s business performance and management of working capital,but also provide suggestions to other business in transition to O2O mode for working capital management. |
