With the advancement of urbanization,the area of urban land is facing the production and living needs of a large number of people,forcing engineers to seek space from the sky and underground.A large number of high-rise buildings,super high-rise buildings,and irregular vertical shapes have risen from the ground,putting forward higher requirements for structural design.The seismic elasto-plastic analysis of large complex structures and the performance-based design of key parts have important engineering application value.Taking the Wanda Plaza project in Zhengzhou Jinshui District,the 49-story super-B-height frame-core tube system with a building height of 198.6m as an example,the study uses two different mechanical structure analysis software to perform performance-based seismic design and analysis of the structure to verify The rationality of the system.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the five items exceeding the limit of height,discontinuous floor,sudden change in stiffness,sudden change in bearing capacity,and local irregularity in the structure,and determine the performance of each component under the performance target according to the site condition and seismic fortification intensity of the area,the performance level of each component under the performance target is determined.(2)Use PKPM and MIDAS software to perform elastic analysis of towers under frequent earthquakes,use PKPM software to perform elastic time history analysis of the structure,and compare with the mode decomposition response spectrum method;for the situation of large openings in the local floor slab Carry out stress check calculations to ensure that the floor slab can reliably transmit horizontal forces under the action of moderate earthquakes;according to its seismic performance goals,check the bearing capacity of all structural members,and calculate and analyze the performance of structural members.(3)SAUSAGE is used to conduct dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes.Part of the frame beam,the phenomenon of the hinge is common,but not to yield shear bearing capacity is good,according to the damage situation of component parts Based on maximum interlayer displacement Angle calculation data,such as the structure can meet the specification requirements of the rarely met earthquake,evaluation of wall-beam and plastic damage index,the whole structure can satisfy the requirement of the seismic performance level C target.
