There are a lot of joints in prefabricated shear wall structure,these joints are the weak link of the structure.It is a hot research direction to design the structure of assembled shear wall into energy dissipation shear wall by using various kinds of slit method or adding energy dissipation device in the wall.But at present,however,no attempt has been made to apply dampers to vertical seams.A new type of energy dissipation vertical joint shear wall structure with "strong horizontal joint,weak vertical joint" is put forward."Strong horizontal joint" is realized by using "wet design" such as mature grouting sleeve in engineering,and soft steel dampers or friction dampers are installed at vertical joints,realizing "weak vertical seam".In order to investigate the performance of the dampers suitable for vertical slit,four groups of mild steel dampers with the width of 20 mm and 30 mm were designed.Through low cycle reciprocating loading test,four groups of dampers were obtained.The effects of bending element width(aspect ratio of bending elements)and slit on the performance of dampers were discussed.Through comprehensive comparison and analysis,the following conclusions are obtained: the yield load and ultimate load of transverse joint 20 are minimum,55.76 kN and 94.72 kN,respectively;and the yield displacement of transverse joint 20 is the smallest and the limit displacement is the largest,which is 1.75 mm and 20.19 mm,respectively.In the four groups of dampers,the ductility coefficient of transverse slit 20 is 35.18% larger than that of transverse seam 30,66.72% larger than that of vertical seam20,60.83% larger than vertical seam 30.In energy consumption,20 transverse seam is 8.84% bigger than 30 transverse seam,20.48% bigger than vertical seam 20,44.29%bigger than vertical seam 30.Therefore,the damper chosen is the transverse slot damper with the width of 20 mm.Thus,it provides the technical support for the project.Figure41;Table17;Reference 45...
