The automobile industry is one of the important contributing factors to the economic development both at home and abroad,and China automobile market occupies a considerable part of the international market.In 2019,China automobile market shares accounts for 29%of the international market,as well as China automobile is in a quite advantageous position in the international market.In recent years,we can often see domestic cars galloping on the streets of foreign countries,which shows that China is not only a "manufacturing" country,but also a"intelligent manufacturing" country.With its excellent performance,China cars have won the favor of the international market.At this time of changes,China automobile industry should give full play to its market advantages and geographical advantages to keep up with the pace of industrial change.At the same time,it should comply with national policies and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry.Innovation drives technological change,which has become the consensus of the automotive industry.The impact of intangible assets in many elements of the enterprise is gradually strengthened.Innovative ideas,scientific and technological talents,brand value,R&D investment,or narrow or broad sense of intangible assets have a more and more profound impact on the value level of an enterprise.Under the dual influence of international relations and COVID-19,automobile manufacturers should accumulate steadily and upgrade their technological standards so as to maintain their stable development trend in the complex and changeable domestic and international situations,and then seek further development.Based on the latest research results at home and abroad,this paper takes intangible assets as the starting point to build an analysis method of its impact on enterprise value,and takes BYD automobile as an example to conduct a case study.In a broad sense,the intangible assets of automobile industry are divided into three categories,namely,technology intangible assets,market intangible assets and intellectual capital intangible assets,Each type of intangible assets is divided into several specific indicators for quantitative analysis.Based on the above ideas,using literature analysis method and case study method,this paper analyzes and evaluates various indicators of BYD from 2015 to 2019 based on intangible assets.In order to improve the accuracy of the conclusion,EVA enterprise value analysis method is introduced as a horizontal reference.After the analysis from two perspectives,the paper finally draws an important conclusion:intangible assets can guide the enterprise value to a positive direction.At the end of the paper,based on the level of complete analysis and structure,it puts forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the development of the automobile manufacturing industry from the perspective of the government and the enterprise,and hopes to be able to promote the long-term development of the automobile industry and the to deepen theoretical research on intangible assets,meanwhile it can also provide the management with a broader idea to manage and use intangible assets,thereby improving the level of enterprise value.
