The faster pace of life in cities makes the development of the national transportation industry also soar.The urban rail transit plays a vital role in the development of the whole city,just as the main artery plays a role in the human body.However,it is faced with traffic congestion,inconvenient transfer and other problems.Therefore,only with a long-term vision of route planning,efficient,convenient,comfortable and humanized services,as well as reasonable hardware layout of transfer stations,can the bottleneck problem of the city be alleviated and urban rail transit become the primary travel mode in people’s travel choices.Therefore,by analyzing the service level of the transfer station and considering the delay of trains,how to optimize the transfer experience of passengers and operator’s cost have become the focus of this paper.First of all,by investigating the basic characteristics of network operation of urban rail transit and the influencing factors of transfer efficiency of transfer stations,relevant transfer efficiency evaluation indexes are obtained,and then quantified,so as to construct the evaluation index system model of transfer efficiency.The model makes the transfer efficiency and service quality reach the best level by analyzing the early input and late output of the transfer station.Then,the paper compares and evaluates the 17 transfer stations of Chongqing Metro,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and finally puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions from the aspects of transfer direction,large passenger flow situation organization plan,transfer station facilities,transfer impedance and operation management mode.Second,in order to deal with an emergency of the obligatory delays to the impact of urban rail transit network,this paper through the actual departure time delay line and join the line train departure time,determine the train transfer to join,and the total transfer passengers time to study,put forward in the flow delays under the condition of considering the line of urban rail transit train operation adjustment model.The optimization objective of the model is to minimize the waiting time of passengers and the deviation between the adjusted schedule and the original plan,which provides an emergency backup plan for the train delay caused by emergencies.For the actual operation,when the delay of urban rail transit trains has a certain reference value.Finally,when the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm contains multiple targets and the targets are not consistent,a more reasonable and effective equilibrium solution can be obtained by using unique techniques.In view of the particularity of multi-objective model,the elite reservation strategy of NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm and the crowded comparison operator technology are used to keep the diversity of individuals in the population,and reduce the time complexity.The solution of a multi-objective model is also more convenient and efficient.Then,a case study of Chongqing Metro is carried out.The experiment shows that when a train on a certain line is delayed,the corresponding operation adjustment scheme can be quickly obtained according to the model by statistical information of connecting lines,which provides a corresponding reference value for the urban rail transit management department. |
