| With the continuous improvement of the average life expectancy of the population and the acceleration of the aging process in China,the social basic endowment insurance in some provinces and cities in China can not offset the expenditure,so it needs to rely on the balance of national pension adjustment and allocation to maintain.The sustainable development of China’s endowment insurance fund is facing great challenges.As the second pillar of China’s pension security system,enterprise annuity has been paid more and more attention by scholars.At present,some scholars pay attention to the construction and improvement of the model itself,but lack of practical consideration of model parameters;some scholars pay attention to the influence of some factors on the replacement rate of enterprise annuity,but lack of actual case analysis.Based on this,this paper focuses on the problem of the replacement rate model of the enterprise annuity,carries out the research on the replacement rate model of the enterprise annuity,and selects the actual enterprise to carry out the case analysis.Firstly,this paper defines related concepts,summarizes the research status of tax mode of enterprise annuity at home and abroad,and clarifies the technical route of this paper.This paper introduces the general situation of enterprise annuity and studies the replacement rate of enterprise annuity to determine the reasonable interval of the replacement rate.On this basis,considering the deferred policy of individual income tax of annuity in China,the tax variable is added into the optimization of the enterprise annuity replacement rate model.According to the actual development status of China’s industry,the enterprise annuity replacement rate model is optimized.Based on this model,the replacement rate of male and female employees in large state-owned enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises are calculated based on the model.Finally,the paper analyzes the sensitivity of the model to each parameter,and the results show that the most influential factor is the return on investment.In this paper,RL company retirees are selected to carry out the calculation of enterprise annuity replacement rate,and the calculation results of enterprise pension replacement rate model are compared with the actual results.The results show that the overall difference between the two is small.The reason for the error is mainly related to the flexibility of each parameter setting in the operation process of the enterprise pension plan and the imprecision of the parameter value of the enterprise pension replacement rate model.Finally,this article summarizes the research conclusions,and proposes suggestions for increasing the replacement rate of enterprise annuities. |
