Heavy-load railway transportation has three characteristics: large volume,high efficiency,and low cost.It is an important part of my country’s freight transportation.The heavy-load railway coal loading station is an important connection point between coal production and transportation,and is a key factor in determining the coal transportation volume.Its capacity directly determines whether the coal transportation volume can meet the demand.At present,as the demand for coal is increasing year by year,the mismatch between coal loading stations and the demand for transportation volume has become more and more prominent,which in turn has a certain impact on the coal transportation industry.Therefore,the research on coal loading station capacity has important practical significance.This article first summarizes the composition of the coal loading station system using system analysis theory.Combining the queuing theory of multiple service stations in series,a three-stage series queuing model of arrival,loading and departure of loading station is established,and various queuing indicators of the subsystem are summarized.This model can intuitively reflect the weak links of coal loading station capacity,and can use it to calculate the capacity of various subsystems and station loading systems.Secondly,taking Fengjiachuan Station as an example,probabilistic fitting is performed on the operating time data,and the queuing model is approximated to G/G/c/ ∞/∞/FCFS according to the fitting results,and the efficiency indexes of each subsystem of Fengjiachuan Station are calculated.The theoretical capacity of the Fengjiachuan station system is obtained.Through a comparative analysis with the current operating conditions,it can be known that the actual operating capacity of the Fengjiachuan station is very close to saturation,and it is in urgent need of capacity expansion.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation and future demand of Fengjiachuan Station’s transportation volume,the expansion plan of Fengjiachuan Station was designed,that is,four arrival and departure lines and two loading loops were added.On this basis,in order to further verify the effectiveness of the expansion and transformation plan,a simulation program for loading stations was written using MATLAB and simulated and analyzed.The results show that:(1)Set the input flow to 17 trains/day,the upper limit of the capacity of the simulated Fengjiachuan Station is 16.65 trains/day;(2)Reduce the service time of the arrival and loading subsystems by 10%,and the system capacity of Fengjiachuan Station will be reduced An increase of 18.59%;(3)The system capacity of Fengjiachuan Station after the expansion of the simulation is 39.91 trains/day,which can meet the future traffic demand;(4)The simulation results show that the time for arrival train inspection and loading is reduced and increased plans such as the number of arrivals and departures can effectively improve the system capacity of Fengjiachuan Station.
