The reasonable compilation and implementation of construction organization design can effectively improve the economic benefits of the construction unit on the basis of meeting the relevant construction laws and regulations and the requirements of the construction unit.In this paper,the main research content is the construction organization design of the square in front of the comprehensive passenger transport hub project of Huaian east railway station,According to the construction characteristics and project management objectives of the square in front of the station of Huaian East Station comprehensive passenger transport hub project,the specific construction organization and planning are made for the construction schedule,construction resource allocation,construction plane layout,main project construction scheme,etc.Based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper evaluates the construction organization design of station square of Huaian East Station comprehensive passenger transport hub project.By means of expert discussion,field investigation and literature investigation,the evaluation index system of construction organization design is constructed,which standardizes the process of comprehensive evaluation of construction organization design,including 6 first-class indexes and 18 second-class indexes;The weight of each level index is determined by AHP;the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is constructed by the method of expert scoring.Then,the construction organization and design level of the square in front of the comprehensive passenger transport hub project of Huaian east station is comprehensively evaluated,The construction organization design grade of the square in front of Huaian East Station comprehensive passenger transport hub project is determined,and the main factors influencing the evaluation grade are analyzed according to the principle of maximum membership degree.Finally,considering the construction management objectives of construction quality,schedule,safety production,cost control,civilized construction and environmental protection,a scientific construction guarantee management system is constructed through the theory of dynamic control and objective management,Relying on the system guarantee,the objectives are decomposed layer by layer to ensure the correct implementation of the whole process of construction organization design and the realization of construction management objectives.Figure[twenty one]table[twenty two]reference[fifty four]... |
