Since the application of electronic equipment in the process of industrialization,along with the popularization of 5G network,a large number of micro-electromechanical systems(MEMS),wireless network nodes are essential in this process.The disadvantages of using common chemical electric field to supply power are increasingly apparent.Piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device converts mechanical energy into electrical energy by means of energy conversion,which is helpful to realize energy supply or self-charging of electronic equipment with low power.In practical application,in order to enhance the environmental adaptability of the energy harvesting device and improve its energy harvesting efficiency,the broadband piezoelectric energy harvesting technology has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the working principle and working mode of the piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device are firstly introduced,and the research status of the broadband piezoelectric energy harvesting technology at home and abroad is summarized.The existing problems and deficiencies in the current research are analyzed,and the possible research direction in the future is proposed.Then the piezoelectric vibration energy collecting device is simulated by finite element method.And the manufacture of experimental equipment,experimental research and analysis.In this process,by changing various conditions of the experimental device,the experimental device is optimized,and the method of evaluating the installation of the multi-mode vibration energy acquisition device is given,and the nonlinearity is introduced into the experimental structure.The results show that the three-layer two-mass block structure has great optimization potential.This is especially true by changing the way the materials are tested.PIMNT is a piezoelectric material with excellent performance.PIMNT piezoelectric material has excellent performance,and its effective bandwidth can reach 90Hz,3.03 times higher than traditional PIC piezoelectric ceramics.Piezoelectric vibration energy acquisition technology provides a new functional method for small and micro electronic devices with low power consumption,and this method has the characteristics of stability,long life and excellent performance,and has a good application prospect.
