Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the shortage of traditional energy in China is becoming more and more serious.Renewable energy has become a new development direction of power industry and energy industry.Photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of renewable,clean and pollution-free,but has clear requirements for solar radiation,climate conditions and geographical location,and there are intermittent and unstable problems in the process of power generation.Photovoltaic power generation-electrochemical energy storage system can effectively overcome the problems existing in photovoltaic power generation,so it is very necessary to study the impact of electrochemical energy storage system on the cost of photovoltaic power generation.Based on the analysis of the concept,composition and principle of photovoltaic power generation and electrochemical energy storage system,this paper analyzes the development status of photovoltaic power generation in China,and concludes that the electrochemical energy storage system can effectively solve the problems of photovoltaic power generation,such as instability and intermittency.Then,the photovoltaic power generation policy and energy storage policy are sorted out,and the cost analysis mechanism of photovoltaic power generation is clarified.The PV power generation is divided into the initial stage,the operation stage and the scrapping stage.The benefits and expenses of each stage are analyzed,and the actual impact of various factors on costs and expenses is considered.In the empirical analysis,with specific cases as the research object,and respectively calculate the photovoltaic power generation and photovoltaic power generation-electrochemical energy storage systems need running cost,at the same time to make a sensitivity analysis on all kinds of policy variables,and contrast demonstrates much electricity subsidies and excess electricity subsidies under the different circumstances of the economic benefits of the system variables change produced by the specific impact,Combined with multi-factor comprehensive analysis and explanation of photovoltaic power generation-electrochemical energy storage system common impact issues,namely energy storage unit cost and photovoltaic unit cost,photovoltaic installed capacity and photovoltaic unit cost,battery capacity and energy storage unit cost,photovoltaic cost and kilowatt-hour subsidy.According to the study in this paper,the electrochemical energy storage system can greatly reduce the cost of photovoltaic power generation,but only the energy storage battery with reasonable capacity and appropriate cost can obtain economic benefits.The biggest research contribution of this paper is to build a perfect economic efficiency model of the energy storage system on the basis of comprehensive consideration of various factors,which can provide a reference for the optimization of government subsidy policy,the adjustment of electricity price policy,the promotion and application of electrochemical energy storage system,etc.
