Urban rail transit is the backbone of the urban public transportation system,and the research on comprehensive inspection technology of infrastructure is an important part of the urban comprehensive transportation system.With the massive construction of urban rail transit lines,infrastructure inspection is a key link in the safe operation of trains.Comprehensive inspection data of infrastructure can guide new line acceptance,daily maintenance,and disease development trends.Therefore,carrying out periodic dynamic inspection of urban rail transit infrastructure plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of urban rail transit.This article introduces a comprehensive inspection train for urban rail transit in Shenzhen,which is based on B-type electric bus of urban rail transit and integrates the inspection of track geometry,rail profile,track condition,line gauge,catenary,communication and other professional inspection.The vehicle adopts precise positioning,space-time synchronization and comprehensive integration technology,which can realize the dynamic real-time synchronous acquisition and processing of multiple professional detection parameters and projects;Based on the principle of inertial reference measurement,the digital track detection system combines laser camera technology and high-speed image processing technology to synthesize track geometric parameters;The rail profile detection system based on structured light can obtain rail profile image and measure rail wear;The track state inspection system based on high-speed HD digital imaging technology can continuously obtain clear and complete track images,including rail,fastener,sleeper,track bed and track slab surface images;The detection system of line gauge based on laser scanning measurement method can quickly and accurately detect the position and approaching state of line buildings and equipment in complex external environment;According to the DC power supply characteristics of urban rail transit catenary system,high and low voltage isolation transmission technology and optical signal isolation technology are adopted to realize the detection of catenary current collection parameters;High precision lidar sensing technology is used to realize noncontact detection of catenary geometric parameters;The communication detection system can detect the radio wave propagation field strength coverage,electromagnetic environment interference,WLAN service quality and LTE-M service quality in real time;The seamless switching power supply mode of "catenary + traction battery" is adopted in the vehicle traction system,which not only improves the detection function of conventional detection vehicles,but also breaks through the operation limit of skylight at night,and can freely shuttle between the electrified area and the non electrified area;The construction of urban rail transit ground data center platform can store,browse,retrieve and process data efficiently,quickly and in real time.Urban rail transit comprehensive inspection vehicle promotes the efficient inspection of urban rail transit infrastructure and the comprehensive analysis and application of inspection data from the technical and equipment level,realizes the development concept of "dynamic comprehensive inspection",and improves the management and maintenance efficiency of urban rail transit infrastructure.
