| In China, the urban rail transit system is in a period of vigorous development. The high cost of system construction makes it difficult to make major adjustments after the construction being completed. The train operation plan plays a critical role in the aspect of the system scale, the car site design work and the subsidiary pathways. To gain the long-term benefits and efficiency of the transportation, it is indispensible that train operation plan is made scientifically at the design stage. The aim of the above measures is to achieve the high level of service, operational efficiency and reasonable benefits of the system.Firstly, This article starts with the essential of train plan of the urban rail transit system, with the search of the construction of urban rail transit system in whole life cycle, to get the related influencing factors of urban rail transit train operation plan. The factors are applied to an index system affecting train operation plan. With the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the various factors in the criterion layers and the index levels are carried on the comparison to determine the main influencing factor of the train operation plan and provide the foundation for the establishment of the model.Secondly, with the above analyses and the forward characteristics in passenger flow characteristics, combined with the capacity standard of the rail transit line, the scale of urban rail transit line can be made out. combined with the instance analysis, the choosing criteria of hybrid routing pattern is put forward. The model of train operation plan is established under the condition of balancing passenger travel cost against system cost to determine the optimizing interval length and the optimal logarithmic and departure intervals of the hybrid routing trains. At the same time, the utilization ratio of transport capacity can be ensured to be higher.Finally, Lintong Line, the Xi’an suburb rail transit line, is selected for the analysis of object instances by using of the model in the above chapters. The optimal items is picked out from the multifarious schemes which contributes to provide the theoretical foundation for system construction, also prove the fact that the model is effective and practical. |
