| Renewable energy quota system has been introduced into China as early as the early 21st century,and domestic experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the implementation mechanism of the quota system in China.However,from the perspective of the changes in the previous versions of the quota system,it does not make a great contribution to the consumption of renewable energy power generation in China.In the final analysis,the quota system is still in the trial stage in China and has weak constraints on renewable energy power generation companies and e-commerce sellers.The quota system was officially implemented in China in January 2019.The implementation of the quota system has greatly encouraged and promoted the generation of all renewable energy sources,including wind power.With this as the background,this paper mainly carries out the following work:China planned to introduce a renewable energy quota system in the early 21st century.After more than a decade of development,the quota system officially went into effect in 2019.The implementation of the quota system has greatly encouraged and promoted the generation of all renewable energy sources,including wind power.In this context,this article mainly carries on the following several works.:(1)The definition and implementation elements of the quota system are analyzed.System studied under quota policy implementation,and the wind power plant power generation cost composition and influence factors,and use the REC Map(net present value is equal to the cost of the income of the net present value)calculation model to calculate the cost of electricity per kilowatt-hour.It is clear that the power generation revenue of a power plant is composed of the power sales revenue in the power market and the green certificate sales revenue in the green certificate market,and the calculation formula is given.(2)Analyzed the political,economic,social and technological environment of the wind power plant by PEST method,and concluded that the wind power plant needs to face the challenge of fierce competition and urgent cost reduction to achieve affordable Internet access on the one hand,and on the other hand,it is in the macro environment of grasping the development opportunities of technological progress and policy incentives.Then,the influence mechanism of the implementation of quota system on the development of wind power plant is qualitatively studied by using system dynamics,and the influence path is determined and the causality diagram is constructed.After determining the state variables,rate variables,auxiliary variables and parameters,the system dynamics model was built,and the influence of the weight of renewable energy consumption responsibility on the wind power plant indexes was quantitatively analyzed.Then the sensitivity analysis of the model was carried out to observe the change trend of each index when the set value of the absorption responsibility of renewable energy was changed.(3)The structure of the electricity market and the trading structure of each trading subject under the quota system are analyzed,and the game model is built with the goal of maximizing the respective income of each trading subject.Assuming that the market adopts the unified clearing mode,the inverse induction method is used to solve the equilibrium power trading volume,that is,the optimal trading strategy of each trading entity.By lee power plant cost-effectiveness of quotas,and influence mechanism and strategy research,can help to wind power plants for electricity demand volume and fan and so on carries on the reasonable forecast,reduced the wind and the profit maximization,according to different renewable energy can also help the government department responsibility given weight impact on the development of wind power plants,reasonable policies,promote renewable energy,including wind power industry,power industry development. |
