Energy resources are crucial substantial foundation for production activities,livelihood and social development.The 14th Five-Year Plan,the 2035 vision goal outline and the peaking carbon dioxide emissons and carbon neutrality goal all emphasize bran-new requirements for energy development.Promoting higher-quality development and eco-friendly and efficient energy utilization are approachs for energy sector to meet the above requirements.In addition,with the deepening constantly of system reform of electricicty market,the participation of user-side resources,represented by the integrated energy system of large consumers in China’s electricity market,is vital for giving full play to demand responses,promoting multi-energy complementation and coordinated optimization,and building a diversified energy security system.In this context,this paper conducts research on the strategic biding of the integrated energy system of large consumers in the electricity market.First of all,this paper,aiming at the integrated energy system of large consumers with multiple energy needs,determing the cooling,heating,and electric energy transmission structure and the components of each sector,mainly including the combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)system,energy storage equipment,and electric vehicles,models the units of the integrated energy system for large consumers.On this basis,a bi-level optimization model of strategic biding for the integrated energy system of large consumers is carried out.The upper-level model aims at maximizing the profits of large consumers,solving the optimal operation plan of each sector of large consumers with considering the optimal charging and discharging strategies of electric vehicles,the coupling relationship between production task scheduling and multi-energy utilization of large consumers,and the operating characteristics of each sector of the integrated energy system of large consumers.Winning power of large consumers and market clearing prices under each scenario and period are obtained by performing the clearing calculation of the lower-level model which treats the maximization of social welfare as the objective funciton with taking uncertainties in the market and network security constraints into account.In view of the complexity of the established model,a hybrid algorithm combining the neighborhood search method and linear programming method is proposed to solve the bi-level problem,among which the neighborhood search method seeks for the optimal strategic biding of large consumers,while the linear programming method is applied for the market clearing model based on the known strategic biding.The effectiveness of the bi-level model proposed in this paper is verified by putting the model into the IEEE3 0-node system for testing,and analyzing the strategic biding of large consumers under single scenario and multiple scenarios respectively.
