The flame temperature of the boiler furnace is a key control parameter,which is of great significance to the combustion optimization control of the thermal power unit.Although a variety of temperature measurement methods have been proposed in the existing research,due to the complex combustion environment of the boiler operation and the poor accuracy of the temperature detection system,the temperature measurement effect is not ideal.Therefore,the design of a furnace flame temperature detection system with an anti-blocking device can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate temperature measurement caused by the blockage of the measuring hole during the temperature measurement process.In this way,the accuracy of the temperature detection system can be enhanced,and the furnace temperature can be accurately measured in real time,which plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the thermal power unit.This paper analyzes the actual application scenarios of the furnace flame temperature detection system,taking into account the complex and changeable working environment in the furnace,and combining the temperature measurement principle and parameters of the temperature sensor,the overall design of the temperature detection system is carried out.The designed temperature detection system includes a temperature measurement module and an anti-blocking device.The temperature measurement module uses infrared temperature measurement to achieve real-time measurement of the furnace flame temperature.The temperature detection and anti-blocking device consists of a blockage recognition module and a blockage removal device.Through the collection and analysis of the image of the measurement hole of the temperature detection system,the blockage recognition module can effectively identify the current blockage state of the measurement hole.When the measuring hole is blocked,the blockage removal device releases the compressed gas in the cylinder,generates a strong impact force to drive the hammer to hit the coking block,and realizes the removal of the coking blockage of the measuring hole of the temperature detection system.The designed temperature detection system is installed on the water wall of the boiler combustion layer of the thermal power unit,and the temperature measurement results and the effect of the anti-blocking device are analyzed and researched.The experimental results show that the designed temperature detection system not only has high real-time temperature measurement and accuracy,but also has the function of automatically judging whether the measuring hole is clogged and automatically clearing the clogging as the same time,which has certain application value and promotion prospects.
