Abstract/Summary:
With the deepening of the electric power reform,the electric power industry has gradually broken the traditional monopoly operation mode,introduced market competition in the power generation side and the power supply side,promoted technological innovation and improved the optimal dispatch of electric power energy.The day-ahead trading market of power generation side has a relatively perfect trading mechanism,but the planning method of power generation side construction after power generation reform still needs to be improved.At the same time,the complex game relationship among various groups in the power generation side in the market environment makes it more difficult to design a good power construction planning scheme.This article from the perspective of power generation side,game analysis between each group of market behavior,design a new power supply planning game model under the market environment,formulate reasonable power supply for auxiliary power generation group planning,assist the electricity regulatory department from a macro level design effective market rules,improve energy utilization ratio and improve the energy structure in the new period has important practical significance.In this paper,the modeling and simulation of power generation side planning game system are carried out based on multi-agent method.Firstly,the relationship between the players in the generation side is analyzed in the market environment.The generation group,the independent operation organization(ISO)and the demand user are abstracted as independent agents,and the game interaction behavior of the generation side power planning is described based on the multi-agent method.Secondly,the object-oriented programming method was adopted to encapsulate the decision and excellence searching function modules of each agent,and a unified communication interface was designed to ensure the information exchange among each agent.A game model of power planning for multi-agent on the power generation side was established.Finally,based on the Matlab platform,the model was simulated and solved,and the power planning scheme and market power structure evolution results of the power generation group under different environmental protection policies,different price fluctuation mechanism,different carbon trading prices and different generation costs were compared and analyzed.Relevant laws of power planning game on the generation side are observed as follows:1)Firstly,the simulation solution of the power planning model under the supply and demand relationship is carried out to obtain the variation curve of the price along with the supply and demand situation and the unit expansion plan,which verifies the feasibility of the established model.2)Considering the carbon trading mechanism,power generation groups tend to adopt more new energy units for power generation to reduce the cost of carbon emission and obtain greater benefits.Moreover,when the carbon trading price is higher,power generation groups will choose to invest and build new energy units earlier,which is conducive to the rapid transformation of the energy structure.3)In the game environment,the lower the power generation cost of the power generation group is,the more competitive the enterprise will be in the market.The introduction of market competition can promote the innovation of power generation technology and continuously improve the energy utilization rate.4)The quotation strategy of power generation groups under the PAB mechanism is more"aggressive".Due to the advantage of higher settlement electricity price,their attention to carbon cost is lower than that under the MCP mechanism,and the progress of energy structure transformation is slightly behind the latter.The game model of power supply planning established in this paper can provide valuable reference for each group of power generation side to formulate reasonable power supply planning scheme,power regulatory department to design effective energy policy and market rules,and promote the transformation of energy structure in the new era.
