| At present,the three-color display products on the market mostly evolve from antique three-color products.Through research,it is found that there is still room for improvement in the design themes and expression techniques of existing products.This research carried out a targeted design of the theme series,and carried out in-depth development from two aspects of three-dimensional and flat furnishing products.The three-dimensional design case of the "natural theme" three-color vase design abstracts natural elements into geometric lines,and displays different glaze colors through the glazing technique of point color and flat coating.At the same time,the flow direction and trajectory of the glaze during the firing process are predicted to take advantage of the situation.Designing the state of the river;modern glaze paintings for flat furnishings,reconstructing the shapes of horses and camels in the antique three-color products on the plane,and abstracting the figurative "three-color horses" and "three-color camels"into flat elements with different The color block distinguishes the relationship between the parts,and the final effect of the color block is matched on the basis of the predicted color.In terms of craftsmanship,the unique flowing glaze effect of the three-color craft is combined with the theme design.The unique flowing glaze effect of the three-color craft is one of the main features of the three-color products,and the color of the three-color craft products is determined by the glaze color agent.This article tries new colorants through experiments to obtain a new glaze color effect:when the content of chromium oxide(Cr2O3)is 2%,the glaze color can be orange-red,and when the content of red lead(Pb3O4)is less than 89%,the color will be darkened.1%potassium dichromate(K2Cr2O7)can make the glaze appear lemon yellow.In the "natural theme" vase pattern design,an orange-red glaze containing chromium oxide and a lemon-yellow glaze of potassium dichromate are used to depict the lava effect.This study not only retains the traditional elements of the original tricolor crafts,but also enriches the diversity of product color,which provides a new idea for the future tricolor crafts innovation,and the glaze color matching results provide a more scientific and accurate color choice for designers. |
