Research And Application Of Centralized Singnaling Monitoring System

Now,from China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd to all Electrical Services Section,we are studying how to solve this major contradiction that the increase in the number and capacity of the electrical workers is far lower than the increase in the number of equipment through the reform of the maintenance constitution.One of the key words put forward is "centralized maintenance + state maintenance",and how to better carry out state maintenance,it is necessary to rely on the Centralized Singnaling Monitoring system.How to deal with the emergency quickly and efficiently still depends on the centralized signal monitoring system.In order to solve the above contradiction,By improving the Centralized Singnaling Monitoring system,the condition-based maintenance and fault diagnosis of emergency treatment in maintenance production are improved.Firstly,the functions of the existing centralized signal monitoring system are studied to give full play to the functions of the existing centralized signal monitoring system to guide production and emergency disposal.Secondly,it analyzes the missing functions in the existing Centralized Singnaling Monitoring system,and makes the guidance of production and emergency handling more comprehensive by perfecting the missing functions,the application scope of signal centralized monitoring system is expanded to cover early construction intervention,early joint debugging,electric characteristic testing during operation,and fault diagnosis.The goal is to establish the integration of monitoring,production,emergency disposal and management based on Centralized Singnaling Monitoring system,and finally achieve the improvement of the maintenance of electrical equipment and ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.
