Building information modeling(BIM)is a new technology rising from the construction industry in recent years.It has high application value in the whole life cycle of engineering design,construction and operation and maintenance,and has become a new trend of railway information development.With the development of Internet technology and the popularity of mobile terminals,in order to meet the needs of fine management of railway signal equipment operation and maintenance,BIM Technology is used to improve the operation and maintenance level of signal equipment and highlight the advantages of visual management.It is of great practical significance to study the BIM visualization technology based on WebGL.In this paper,based on the BIM model drawn by BIM drawing software Revit,the3 D mesh lightweight algorithm and the secondary development technology of Revit are used to lighten the model;This paper studies the visualization technology based on WebGL,develops the visual management module of signal equipment operation and maintenance system,realizes the three-dimensional display and dynamic interaction of signal BIM model on the web,and achieves smooth user experience.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the development of railway signal operation and maintenance and BIM Technology,the application requirements of BIM Technology in signal operation and maintenance management are studied.The visual technology route is designed according to the characteristics of signal operation and maintenance management.(2)In order to reduce the system load and the rendering pressure of GPU,speed up the response time and improve the display effect,the BIM model is lightweight: the edge collapse algorithm based on quadratic error measurement is applied to lightweight the 3D mesh model,which can effectively reduce the volume of the model;The method of data extraction is proposed,and the original model file is extracted and converted to format by using the secondary development of Revit,so as to realize the lightweight of BIM model data.(3)Based on WebGL technology,the scene reconstruction and model interaction of BIM model on the web are realized.By learning the basic theory of graphics,the ray intersection method and bounding box algorithm are used to optimize the model interaction;According to the characteristics of railway signal,GIS is introduced to study the tile loading of map file and the heterogeneous fusion of BIM model and map system.Based on cesium engine,a model fusion method is proposed to realize BIM + GIS large scene display of the system.The LOD optimization algorithm is introduced into large scene display to achieve the relative balance between GPU rendering load and visual effect.(4)Based on the above model lightweight and visual display research,the visual module of signal equipment operation and maintenance management system based on BIM Technology is designed.Through modeling design,lightweight processing,rendering interaction of visual scene,and heterogeneous data fusion between BIM model and GIS Engine,the web-side visualization method of BIM model based on WebGL technology studied in this paper can render BIM model on the web side in combination with the visualization requirements of signal system,and the running effect is good,It lays a certain foundation for the application of BIM Technology in signal equipment operation and maintenance,and is conducive to promoting the intelligent process of signal operation and maintenance.Figure 59,Table 5,Reference 62...
