In order to reduce the consumption of coal resources and ensure the green development of China’s energy industry,and finally achieve the goal of "carbon peak,carbon neutral",it is necessary to continuously tap the coal saving potential of steam turbine generator units.With the increasing proportion of clean energy installed,China’s power production structure is constantly adjusted,most steam turbine generator units begin to undertake the peak shaving task.In the process of low load operation,the energy utilization efficiency of the units is low,and the pressure of energy saving of steam turbine generator units is increasing.Under this background,it is of great significance to carry out the research on energy efficiency diagnosis and maintenance decision-making technology of steam turbine generator units.Firstly,the energy efficiency of the thermal system of the steam turbine generator unit was analyzed,and the energy efficiency state index system of the steam turbine generator unit,intended to represent the energy efficiency state of the unit was determined,and the relevant abnormal modes and fault modes causing the abnormal energy efficiency state index of the steam turbine generator set were sorted out.Secondly,based on ontology theory,the knowledge base of turbine generator energy efficiency diagnosis was established,and the typical fault modes and abnormal modes that cause abnormal energy efficiency indexes were entered into the knowledge base,and were related with system equipment,related symptoms,causes and maintenance measures,which were the basis of system energy efficiency diagnosis.Thirdly,the relevant rules and algorithms of the system energy efficiency diagnosis function were determined,and the method to determine the benchmark value based on data mining technology was determined.Taking "steady state screening-condition division-abnormal detection" as the process to compare the real-time operation parameters and parameter reference interval,the real-time diagnosis of the operation data was carried out,and the corresponding maintenance suggestions were given according to the diagnosis results.The reliability of the system is verified by the fault of condenser vacuum tightness simulated by a power plant simulator.Finally,the theoretical research was put into practice.combined with offline energy efficiency diagnosis knowledge base and online real-time operation data processing method,a set of turbine generator energy efficiency diagnosis and maintenance decision system was developed,which was committed to improving the coal saving capacity of the unit and ensuring the healthy and stable operation of the unit.
