Anti-overturning ability of off-road vehicle is one of the important standards to measure the performance of off-road vehicle.Due to its own structural parameters and road conditions,the probability of vehicle overturning increases sharply.Consumers pay more and more attention to the safety of vehicles,so it is necessary to improve the anti-overturning ability of off-road vehicles.In this paper,aiming at the phenomenon that off-road vehicle is prone to overturn,the following research is carried outCombined with the literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the major factors affecting the anti overturning ability of off-road vehicles,and summarizes the main measures to improve the anti-overturning ability of off-road vehicles.By studying the structural parameters and K&C characteristics of suspension,the anti-overturning ability of off-road vehicle is improved.The main types and characteristics of suspension,K&C characteristics,static and dynamic standards of anti-overturning ability of off-road vehicles are introduced.Study on ADAMS / car software and multi-body kinematics theory.Based on the parameters of an off-road vehicle,the front and rear suspension,steering system,tire and other subsystem models and vehicle models are established in ADAMS / car.ISIGHT software is used to analyze the sensitivity of the hard point coordinates of the Mc Pherson suspension,and the most sensitive factors affecting the suspension performance are analyzed.The non dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)with elite strategy is used to optimize the hard point coordinates of suspension to improve the overall performance of suspension.Based on the established off-road vehicle model,kinematics simulation is carried out in ADAMS / car,including step input,pulse input and other working conditions,and the anti overturning ability of the off-road vehicle before and after optimization is analyzed.Finally,the finite element analysis of the lower control arm and subframe of the Mc Pherson suspension is carried out based on hyperwork software,and whether the strength of the two meets the requirements of the off-road vehicle under the conditions of uneven road surface,braking and steering is checked.
