The traditional automobile industry is a pillar industry in my country.It has developed rapidly in recent years,but with it comes problems such as increasingly depleted resources and environmental pollution.In order to solve the many problems caused by the traditional automobile industry,many European countries have successively introduced a timetable for the ban on the sale of fuel vapor,and new energy vehicles have set off a wave of reforms in the automobile industry.my country also attaches great importance to the development of new energy vehicles.It is a key research area of "Made in China 2025" and is listed as a strategically significant emerging industry.Electric vehicles have become one of the important directions for the future development of the automotive industry.The product design of modern electric vehicles belongs to the whole life cycle design from the environmental point of view.Then the whole life cycle assessment theory of electric vehicles is the basis of the design.Through the understanding of domestic and foreign current situation and related literature,The full life cycle assessment method of electric vehicles is systematically studied.In order to solve the problem of incommensurability between different types of evaluation indicators in the interpretation of life cycle assessment results,so as to better conduct decision-making analysis for designers,this article uses life cycle As the basic theory,the evaluation method adopts the method combining life cycle assessment and analytic hierarchy decision theory to form a electric vehicle design decision method based on the full life cycle.And take the electric vehicles equipped with lithium iron phosphate,lithium manganate,and ternary lithium power batteries as the program examples,and conduct a case study of the design decision method based on life cycle assessment.details as follows:First,three electric vehicle solutions with lithium iron phosphate,lithium manganate and ternary lithium power batteries are used as the research objectives,and the whole life cycle assessment is carried out respectively.The whole life cycle is divided into four stages: raw material acquisition Phases,manufacturing and assembly phases,operation and use phases,and scrap recycling phases,and split the entire vehicle under the three scenarios into seven parts,thus establishing a more comprehensive life cycle assessment model for electric vehicles.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a decision-making model based on life cycle assessment,which includes the target layer,the intermediate criterion layer,and the alternative plan layer,and the 1-9 importance scale method is used to set the importance criteria between the internal criteria of the intermediate criterion layer.Based on the standardization results calculated by the life cycle assessment model,the importance scale between the project instances under each criterion is set,so as to calculate the final decision weight,get relevant conclusions,and give decision suggestions.
