With the proposal of the concept of ubiquitous power internet of things and the construction of national smart grid,the process of power system informatization has also been rapidly promoted.The gradual enrichment of the development needs of intelligent distribution network is testing the high efficiency and reliability of intelligent distribution system and its communication system.However,due to the large scale,large number of nodes and wide coverage of the distribution network,there are many limitations in the construction of the distribution communication system.How to solve these limitations so as to better realize the intelligentization of the distribution network has become the key issue of the current research.Wireless sensor network(WSN)is one of the most important technologies in the field of information.The object information in the monitoring area of distribution network can be cooperatively perceived,collected and processed by each sensor node,and then transmitted to the monitor through its wireless ad-hoc network.With its convenient laying,low cost,high security and strong scalability,WSN has become an important technology to promote the development of smart distribution network.This paper studies the routing algorithm optimization in the network layer,in order to better meet the needs of smart distribution communication services.This paper first puts forward the overall architecture of distribution communication network,then analyzes the specific needs of each business of distribution network communication,and finally puts forward the key problems to be solved in WSN routing design combined with the characteristics of distribution network.The main work is as follows :In order to establish a routing mechanism to ensure the quality of communication service in smart distribution network,the advantages of swarm intelligence algorithm are analyzed,and an improved single path routing algorithm for WSN based on quantum ant colony is proposed.The algorithm encodes pheromone by quantum bit to solve the problem of pheromone aggregation too fast.The ant position is updated by quantum rotation gate to realize global optimization.In the expected heuristic,the distance between adjacent nodes and residual energy are considered.In the pheromone heuristic,the pheromone concentration is updated by combining the delay of distribution communication network and the reliability QoS metric,and the path search is carried out with the shortest path as the goal.With the advantages of global optimization and fast convergence,the solution has good performance in terms of energy consumption,delay and reliability.In order to meet the large-scale distribution network environment and further optimize the communication QoS of distribution network,the advantages of multi-path routing algorithm are analyzed,and a quantum ant colony multi-path routing algorithm based on virtual grid clustering in intelligent distribution network is proposed.The entire WSN coverage area is divided into several virtual grids of the same size,forming several clusters;In the cluster head election phase,the triangular module operator is introduced,and the relative position of the decision node and the remaining energy are fused.According to the principle of maximum membership,the current optimal cluster head is selected to balance the network energy consumption.Quantum ant colony algorithm is introduced into inter-cluster routing phase to generate multi-path tree;The optimal and sub-optimal transmission paths are selected by using the path cost function combined with energy consumption,delay,packet loss rate and load balancing.When the optimal path fails,the standby path will replace it.The simulation results show that the algorithm can better balance network energy consumption while meeting the QoS requirements of distribution network communication.
