Since the end of 1990 s,Toyota mass produced the world’s first hybrid car,the first generation Prius model.Countries and vehicle manufacturers around the world have invested huge funds and energy in the research and development of hybrid cars.Today,it has become an extremely important strategic plate for countries and vehicle manufacturers.As the most significant feature of hybrid electric vehicle,powertrain is also the most important part of hybrid electric vehicle research and development.As an important evaluation index of power system,efficiency characteristic is also an important target of hybrid powertrain development and optimization.At the same time,in the process of vehicle hybrid system development,bench test is an indispensable technical link to guide and inspect the design,so it is very necessary to build a set of hybrid bench test system with accurate control and fast response.In view of the above background,this paper has done the following workFirstly,based on the configuration analysis of the target hybrid powertrain,this paper analyzes the power flow path of four typical working modes of pure electric drive,parking charging,hybrid drive and braking energy recovery,and summarizes the functions of the test system to realize the efficiency characteristic test of the above four working modes.Combined with the analysis of the functional requirements of the test system and the current national industry standards,the overall scheme of the test system is designed.Next,according to the overall scheme of the test system,the hardware system selection design of the test system is completed.This part is mainly divided into electrical system,sensor system and mechanical system.For the electrical system,the selection design of each module of the drive(load)motor and frequency conversion drive system is completed;for the sensor system,the selection design of the speed torque sensor,current sensor and power analyzer is completed;for the mechanical system,the design of the mechanical parts including the support and connection parts of the powertrain,sensor,drive(load)motor is completed The plan.After the selection of the hardware system,the software program of the upper and lower computer of the test system is designed and developed using Lab VIEW and botu respectively,and the OPC communication of the upper and lower computer is configured.For the lower computer,the hardware and network configuration of PLC are completed,and on this basis,the communication program and control program of PLC are compiled and developed;for the upper computer software,the program development of four modules are completed,including personnel login management module,measurement and control main program module,test parameter setting module,data query and management module,and the measurement and control function of the test system is realized.Finally,the hardware and software of the designed test system are installed,and the efficiency characteristic test schemes of four typical working modes of the target powertrain are designed.According to the designed test scheme,the efficiency characteristic tests of each mode are completed,which verify the integrity of the measurement and control function of the designed test system and the reliability of the test results.
