Compared with the traditional motor,dual rotor motor is based on the principle of electromagnetic coupling,and a rotating component is added to the single-rotor permanent magnet motor,which can realize the mutual conversion of mechanical energy and electrical energy,not only can work efficiently,but also has high energy density,and realizes the infinite cooperation of various energy sources.Used in hybrid electric vehicles.In the hybrid system,the internal and external motors are coordinated to operate,so that the engine runs in the optimal efficiency region,achieving a variety of working modes and stepless speed change,and has broad industrial application prospects.This paper does the following work around a two-rotor permanent magnet motor:Based on the analysis of the operating principle of the dual-rotor permanent magnet motor,based on the electromagnetic theory,the analytical analysis of the air gap magnetic density,permanent magnet magnetic field and cogging torque is analyzed.The mechanical characteristics of the double rotor permanent magnet motor are analyzed.Dynamic simulation analysis of no-load start,load start,sudden load,overload,etc.;The analysis of the influence of various parameters of the motor on the cogging torque lays a foundation for reducing the torque ripple of the motor and improving the smoothness of the output torque of the motor.Analyze the working principle and the relationship between output power and speed and torque in hybrid vehicle,and analyze its working characteristics in various working modes such as starting operation,pure electric driving and hybrid driving.The dynamic equation of the dual-rotor permanent magnet motor is established.The closed-loop control system model of the dual-rotor permanent magnet motor is built by vector control method.The steady state and dynamic response of the inner and outer rotors are analyzed.The dynamic equation of the dual-rotor permanent magnet motor and control the correctness of the model is verified;A part of the heat of the motor is generated due to the large loss of the motor,which not only affects the efficiency of the motor,but also affects the life of the motor.Starting from the efficiency of the double-rotor permanent magnet motor,the loss of the double-rotor permanent magnet motor under different working conditions is analyzed,which provides a basis for considering the cooling and ventilation of the motor in the process of designing the motor.Based on the above theoretical analysis and analysis,the design and production of the prototype and the construction of the experimental platform were carried out.
