Abstract/Summary:
Cycloid Bevel gear is widely used in railway locomotive,ship,automobile,tractor,heavy machinery and other power transmission parts,which is used for motion and power transmission between intersecting shafts and staggered shafts.It has the advantages of high processing efficiency,strong bearing capacity,stable transmission,low noise,reliable operation and so on.Cycloid Bevel gear is a kind of spatial gear transmission.Tooth surface design is based on local conjugate principle,which involves complex spatial gear meshing theory.At the same time,all mechanical parts will deform under the load.Therefore,when designing the Cycloid Bevel Gear Transmission,we should not only consider the tooth surface geometry of the gear itself,but also consider the influence of the system deformation on the meshing performance of the gear pair under the load.At present,most enterprises design the Cycloid Bevel gear transmission system independently of the load deformation analysis of the system and the tooth shape design of the gear,which can not comprehensively consider the interaction between the two,resulting in the design needs to be adjusted repeatedly and the efficiency is low.Aiming at this problem,this paper combines the deformation analysis of gear transmission system with the tooth surface shape design,contact performance analysis and adjustment of Cycloid Bevel gear,so as to realize the efficient and accurate control of meshing contact performance of Cycloid Bevel Gear under load.The main research works are as follows: Based on the classical Euler beam theory of elasticity and deformation compatibility equation,the stiffness calculation model of shaft and bearing is established,the coupling of shaft and bearing is realized by superposition of stiffness matrix,the coupling of input and output shaft system is realized by gear meshing unit,and the deformation of each node of the system is solved by force balance equation.Based on ISO standard,the macro geometric parameter design and strength calculation method of Cycloid Bevel gear blank are studied;Based on the theory of gear meshing,the calculation of tooth cutting adjustment parameters and the design method of micro tooth surface shape of Cycloid Bevel gear are studied.According to the deformation of transmission system,the meshing dislocation of Cycloid Bevel Gear caused by the change of gear installation position under load is analyzed,and the analysis method of contact state of gear pair under meshing dislocation is studied Based on the shape design method,the control method of the position and shape of the contact area is studied.By adjusting the control parameters,the contact state of the gear pair can still reach the expected position under the load.On the basis of theoretical research,the program including macro and micro geometry design,system stiffness calculation and deformation analysis,contact area analysis and control of Cycloid Bevel gear is compiled by using Visual C++ and MATLAB Through the calculation example,it is verified that the program can design the tooth surface shape of the Cycloid Bevel Gear Considering the load deformation of the system,so as to effectively control the shape of the loaded contact area of the Cycloid Bevel gear.The establishment of the technical process is of great practical value to improve the design efficiency of Cycloid Bevel gear transmission system and ensure the meshing transmission characteristics under the load of Cycloid Bevel gear.It is of certain significance to promote the improvement of Cycloid Bevel Gear Design and analysis technology in China.
