| The most critical technology in the process of transmission line erection is wire crimping.Traditional wire crimping is is manual operation.Workers manually move the wires during the crimping process,and manually measure the size of the opposite edge of the wire and record it at any time,which is inefficient.In this case,in order to ensure the accuracy of wire crimping,reduce the damage caused by manual operation during the crimping process,improve construction efficiency and reduce labor intensity,it is necessary to improve the traditional wire crimping system and design an automation wire crimping system to improve wire crimping quality and reduce accidents and maintenance times.Based on the traditional manual wire crimping device,PLC is used as the main controller to develop a transmission line wire crimping automation device.Compared with the traditional device,the upper computer monitoring interface can manually set the crimping pliers,the number of presses,the pressure value of each press,the rotation speed of the stepper motor control gear,the distance of each die,the initial value of the hydraulic clamp press time,and the real-time display of displacement,number of presses,pressure and time.For the automation device for wire crimping of transmission lines developed in this paper,the man-machine interface of upper computer is designed with Kingview software,and CP1H PLC is used as the main controller of the lower computer.Based on the Fuzzy PID algorithm,the automatic movement of the sliding table and the automatic pressure of the wire were tuned.At the same time,the infrared distance sensor is used to measure the size of the opposite edge of the wire.The pressure sensor measures the crimping pressure of the crimping tool before and after the crimping process.The displacement sensor measures the distance between the sliding table and the crimping tool and the data were read in real time by the host computer.Compared with the traditional PID algorithm,Fuzzy PID algorithm can achieve a faster and more stable control effect.The actual crimping results show that the transmission line wire crimping automation device developed in this paper improves work efficiency compared with the traditional manual wire crimping,Which reduces the accident rate and labor cost,and has broad application prospects in the power transmission wire crimping project. |
