| Nowadays,wire crimping is a very important part of the construction process of transmission lines.The crimp quality of the wire is the guarantee of the entire construction process and must be highly drawn attention.Most traditional wire crimping systems are manually operated.During the crimping process,the wire needs to be moved manually,and the size of the opposite margin of the wire is manually detected,which has low efficiency.In this case,in order to ensure the accuracy of wire crimping,reduce the straightening and scrapping caused by the bending of the crimping pipe,reduce damage caused by manual operation,improve construction efficiency,and reduce labor intensity,it is necessary to improve the traditional wire crimping system.An automated wire crimping system need be studied to improve the quality of wire connections and reduce accident rate.Based on the traditional wire crimping system,in this paper a transmission line automatic crimping control system is designed based on the single-chip microcomputer as the main controller.Compared with the traditional wire crimping system,the step of wire movements and the moving distance of each step of the wire can be manually set in the upper computer monitoring interface,and be displayed in real time.The lower machine automatically moves the wire according to the instruction of the upper computer,and automatically measures the pressure of the three sets of hexagonal wires and the pressure of the crimping pliers,displays the numerical value in the lower machine.In this paper,the automatic crimping control system for transmission line is designed the upper computer interface using the C# programming language,and STM32F103VET6 chip is used as the main control chip of the lower computer.At the same time,the infrared distance measuring sensor is used to measure the margin of the wire,and the pressure sensor is used to measure the crimping pressure of the crimping pliers.The experimental results show that the automatic crimping control system of the transmission line designed in this paper can save labor,improve production efficiency and engineering quality,and reduce accident rate compared with the traditional wire crimping system.It has a good application prospect in wire crimping. |
