Guo Cheng Construction Engineering Companywas established in 2009.It is a small and medium-sized private construction enterprise.Its main business scope includes housing construction engineering,decoration engineering construction,steel structure engineering,commercial concrete,etc.After ten years of development,the company has grown stronger from small to large,with 7 branches and 15 professional subcontractors,and a total of 352 employees.In 2020,the company’s main business income was 4.272 billion yuan,up 6% year on year.However,in recent years,due to our residents’ higher requirements and expectations for the overall housing planning,construction level,supporting facilities and living environment,the changing external environment and fierce competition in the construction market make it more difficult for companies to make profits.In order to help the company managers realize the problems and causes of their limited development,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company’s development,and according to the actual needs of the company’s management,according to the strategic management theory,combined with the analysis model,makes targeted development strategies in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.The overall research idea of this paper is from the analysis of the competitive environment of construction enterprises to the implementation of the development strategy of construction enterprises,and then to the guarantee measures of the implementation of the development strategy of construction enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and provides a theoretical basis for this study by combing the relevant theories of strategic management of construction enterprises at home and abroad and relying on relevant research methods.Secondly,it introduces the general situation and development status of Liaoyuan Guocheng Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,as well as the three problems and reasons of weak strategic management awareness,imperfect management mode and difficult to guarantee the stability of employees in the current enterprise development process.Then,it analyzes the development strategic environment of Liaoyuan Guocheng Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes its internal and external environment in detail.On this basis,it analyzes the existing opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.Combined with SWOT analysis and space analysis matrix,the company’s strategic positioning is made clear,and the offensive strategic development direction is finally determined,and the integrated development strategy is implemented.Finally,four strategic models are formulated for the company,and six safeguard measures are put forward,including optimizing organization operation,strengthening human resource management and consolidating core business advantages,so as to form a complete development strategy system and ensure the effectiveness of development strategy.Through the strategic planning of Liaoyuan Guocheng Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the enterprise can further improve the quality of products and services,innovate the operation and management mode,so as to achieve long-term development. |
