Lightweight aircraft structure is the research focus and development direction in the field of aviation manufacturing.In order to ensure the structural strength of the aircraft and reduce the weight of the aircraft,the corrugated plate arc-shaped parts with rib grooves are commonly used as part of the aircraft structural parts.Springback is the main problem that results in the size deviation of parts,especially for the corrugated plate arc-shaped parts with rib groove,not only the whole part has springback,but also but also the single rib groove,which will cause the overall dimension deviation of parts.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the springback law of corrugated plate arc-shaped parts with rib groove,establish the theoretical springback and compensation algorithm,explore and verify the rationality of the theoretical algorithm combined with finite element simulation,so as to provide guidance for the actual production of corrugated plate arc-shaped parts with rib groove and improve the production efficiency.The distribution of stress and strain in the forming process of corrugated plate arc-shaped part with rib groove is analyzed,and the springback theory is studied according to the forming characteristics.Based on hill’48 anisotropic yield criterion,exponential hardening material model and plane strain assumption,the springback theory model of sheet metal in pure bending is established by considering the bending moment and section moment of inertia.Based on the theoretical model of sheet metal pure bending,two kinds of corrugated plate arc-shaped parts with different rib grooves are analyzed.Considering the single and variable curvature in the longitudinal direction,the longitudinal and transverse springback formulas are derived,in which the transverse springback formula is expressed in the form of single rib groove springback formula.Taking 2024 aluminum alloy as the research material,the material performance parameters required by the theoretical algorithm were obtained through the material performance test under the new quenching state,and the change trend of each parameter with aging time was analyzed.The springback theory model of corrugated plate arc-shaped parts with rib groove is replaced in CATIA secondary development system to compensate the die,and the compensated die is used in PAMSTAMP 2G,the simulation results show that:the longitudinal springback decreases with the increase of the number of grooves,and the theoretical calculation value is generally slightly smaller than the simulation value,but the springback difference is not large,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical algorithm;the springback of transverse warping increases with the increase of the number of reinforcement grooves.Under the same state of the number of reinforcement grooves,the springback of trapezoidal reinforcement corrugated plate is more serious than that of arc grooves corrugated plate.Through the above research,it provides a theoretical reference for the actual production of such parts,and has certain application value.
