The research and development of electric aircraft has become the focus of general aircraft research field.Two-seat electric aircraft developed by Liaoning General Aviation Academy has been successfully passed the test flight,and four-seat electric aircraft is also in the test flight stage.The display and control interface of aircraft cockpit was designed on the basis of using the interior of Cessna 172 Skyhawk for reference,the related display and control design needs more systematic Ergonomics analysis.Based on the layout of display and control interface of two-seat electric aircraft in Ruixiang,the layout optimization design of display and control interface of four-seat electric aircraft was carried out.Firstly,through the literature research of Ergonomics related to aircraft,the layout principle of display and control interface was summarized,the visual field and operation range of display and control interface were determined.Then,the interface is performed modular processing to expand the layout design of the display and control interface.The layout design of the display and control interface of four-seat electric aircraft mainly includes:the type of display control device,the spatial position of placement,the setting of shape and color,the comprehensive processing of the angle and contour of display control interface,etc.Through eye tracking experiment,the layout,analysis and evaluation of the design scheme were carried out,and the best feasible scheme was selected.According to the achievements of eye tracking experiment and analysis,the final scheme was optimized and adjusted.In this design,the display and control interface of Ruixiang electric aircraft was preliminarily analyzed,and the layout of display and control interface of some electric aircraft was optimized.The achievements of this research can provide reference for the subsequent research of display and control interface layout of four-seat electric aircraft.
