| Our country is located in the northern part of the earth,the climate is changeable,and the terrain is complicated.The northern part of China suffers from heavy snowfall in winter,and the city’s roads are slippery and frozen after the snow.This not only brings inconvenience to urban residents’ travelling,the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents also poses a huge threat to the personal and property safety of residents.However,the current research on snow removal equipment in our country is still at a relatively backward level.Therefore,based on the compressed multifunctional urban road snow remover project in cooperation with the Weihai Municipal Government,this article has developed the multifunctional urban road snow removal equipment with compression function.This topic analyzes the current development status of various snow removal equipment at home and abroad,and studies the physical and mechanical characteristics of road snow.Based on the researched snow characteristic parameters and the expected driving speed of the snow remover,and the ultimate snow-clearing capacity,design the structure of the snow collection device,transfer device,compression device and hydraulic pump station of the compression multifunctional urban road snow remover that proposed in this paper.Use ANSYS Workbench finite element software to analyze the mechanical performance of the compression device,and the structure meets the design requirements.In the light of the design requirements of automatically adjusting the compression speed according to the amount of snow,design the variable compression quantitative auxiliary electro-hydraulic proportional control hydraulic system of the compression device of the snow removal vehicle,and analyze the principle of the system,select the required components.In line with the compression requirements,the action sequence of the compression device is planned,and the control system of the compression device and the snow intake control and detection link are studied and analyzed.Based on the mathematical model,the characteristics of each link in the entire control process are analyzed,and the transfer function from the change of the detection signal to the final compression speed of the compression cylinder is obtained.Use MATLAB/Simulink software platform to complete the construction of the simulation model of the electrohydraulic proportional control system of the compression device,check the stability of the system,and study the control strategy of the system so that the system has better response characteristics.Combined with the signal detection device,control system and hydraulic system in the snow compression process,the Imagine.Lab AMESim simulation software platform is used to model the compression device control hydraulic system,and the system characteristics are simulated and analyzed according to different working conditions.And use the processed snow removal vehicle compression device as an experimental platform to conduct snow compression experiments and collect relevant data.Verify the correctness of the simulation and the feasibility of the expected goal through experiments. |
