Optimization Of Urban Vulnerability Risk Assessment Model

With my country’s accelerating urbanization process,the long-standing urban risk problem has not been solved,and the challenges that cities face are increasing day by day.New urbanization requires reducing the vulnerability of cities and improving the quality of urban life.Urban vulnerability research is an important scientific tool to explore the relationship between humans and the urban environment.The exploration of urban vulnerability risks has become an important frontier of research in my country.One of the fields.Therefore,a reasonable vulnerability assessment of cities has become an important reference for urban governance and construction,and exploring related urban vulnerability issues has more important theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance.This paper analyzes the origin and current situation of urban vulnerability risk,the development at home and abroad,and the latest research results.Introduced the analysis methods and theories used in urban vulnerability assessment,determined the evaluation method and technical route of urban vulnerability research,comprehensively considered all levels of indicators that affect urban vulnerability,conducted correlation analysis on all levels of impact indicators,and constructed the evaluation System mathematical model,write data program,and reduce the workload of data processing through data processing program.The optimized urban risk assessment model is used to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the urban risk vulnerability of Daqing City from 2012 to 2018.Through the annual relevant data table,histogram and line graph,the indicators that affect the vulnerability: resource vulnerability Vulnerabilities,ecological fragility,economic fragility and social fragility;indicator direction: sensitivity,adaptability,resilience;different characteristics: 20 specific indicators,combining existing research results and actual urban conditions,and determining the risk index evaluation Grade standard,comprehensively evaluate the urban vulnerability risk of Daqing City,and finally use red,orange,yellow,blue and white to indicate the state of urban vulnerability.Combining the evaluation results to explain the connotation of the risk value and the key indicators of vulnerability,the impact of the city is analyzed.The basic characteristics of a fragile system,and reasonable governance strategies and measures are proposed.The results show that the urban vulnerability risk assessment model is in line with reality and can provide a better scientific basis for urban transformation and sustainable development.This model can not only be applied to the vulnerability risk assessment of other cities,but also can be used as an important indicator of the risk assessment of the entire city.It can fully understand the basic situation of regional disasters in the region and provide a certain theoretical reference for urban vulnerability research.Provide support for research on urban vulnerability.
