In recent years, the continuous development and improvement of urban public transportation has made public transportation one of the indispensable modes of transportation for residents. However, the fixed frequency and single operation mode of the traditional public transportation dispatching mode make it difficult for residents to take public transportation.Travel time is affected, and the travel efficiency of passengers is greatly reduced during the morning and evening peak hours with intensive passenger flow. This kind of problem is not conducive to the development of urban public transportation and green travel, but also reduces the efficiency and travel experience of passengers. Therefore, analyzing the shortcomings of traditional dispatching modes and studying new combined dispatching modes to improve passenger travel efficiency has become an important issue in the development of urban public transport. This article aims at the travel problems faced by passengers in the complex network structure composed of several bus lines, and optimizes the bus dispatching, including bus service mode, departure frequency and other aspects, mainly taking into account the passengers’ role in the bus line network. The distribution of passenger flow and the phenomenon of transfers between different lines can reduce the time cost of passengers when they travel by optimizing the frequency and service mode of buses. To this end, this article mainly conducted the following research:(1)Analyzed the static traditional combined scheduling mode and the existing new scheduling modes, sorted out their principles, introduced the advantages and disadvantages of different static scheduling modes and suitable application occasions, and proposed the scheduling mode of this article. That is,the combined scheduling mode, where the combined scheduling mode is a combination of two service modes: the site limited stop service mode and the full-range vehicle service mode. Finally, combined with an example of passenger flow of a certain bus line in Changchun City, the necessity of combined service mode operation is explained through the analysis of passenger flow distribution.(2)Constructing the research environment of this article is a line network composed of multiple bus lines. The line network generally contains the collinear and non-collinear parts of buses.Under this background, the travel behavior of passengers is analyzed.Including the travel time cost analysis of passengers when traveling in different areas, the choice of transfer stations, and the time cost analysis of bus travel under this condition.Among them, the transfer probability of passengers is calculated using the binomial Logit model.(3)Taking the minimum total cost in the public transportation system as the optimization goal, and considering the maximum passenger capacity constraints of buses,an optimization model under the combined public transportation dispatching mode is constructed.Taking the line network of Changchun City as an example,a total of nine bus lines from two line networks are selected for passenger flow survey and statistics, and the model is solved and verified by genetic algorithm using MATLAB to calculate the optimized total cost, departure frequency,Hopping to the site verifies the validity of the model. In this paper,in the optimization problem of combined bus dispatching operation under the background of online network, taking into account that passengers will have transfer behavior when traveling on parallel sections of different bus lines, the on-board survey is used to understand and analyze the passenger flow distribution of passengers on a certain line network in Changchun.Into the final optimization model. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the best stop plan of the bus fleet with stop jumping behavior and the best departure frequency of all fleets are obtained.
