| At present,with the deepening reform of the power system and the in-depth construction of the smart supply chain system,companies such as State Grid are changing their roles from a single power supplier to a smart integrated service provider.Enterprises still lack platform support for whole-process tracking in the production and manufacturing field of material suppliers,and there are problems of "information island" and low degree of visualization in material manufacturing.The Power Internet of Things technology is an effective means of realizing data perception,and it is also the basis for realizing the visualization of material production management.This article will take the important power material-power cable as the research object,start with the analysis and modeling of the cable production management system,and realize the management and visualization of the whole process of cable material production under the background of the Power Internet of Things.The research work carried out is as follows:(1)The demand analysis and overall design of the cable production management system are carried out.Firstly,the business process of cable production is analyzed in detail,and the requirements of the system for the Power Internet of Things technology in the aspects of function,data perception,management and visualization of the cable manufacturing process are obtained;based on the demand analysis of the cable production management system,the overall design scheme,architecture,functional model and physical structure of the system are given.(2)The function and workshop data modeling of the cable production management system.UML modeling technology is used to build a model of the system function,and the process of modeling is given.Based on the demand analysis of the system in terms of data perception,the data of the cable workshop is divided and UML modeling is carried out at the same time.(3)Data perception and exchange are realized by using power Internet of Things technology.By analyzing the perception attributes and perception quantities of the cable manufacturing workshop,a mapping relationship model of perception attributesperception quantities-perception devices-perception networks based on the perception mode of workshop data is established;A multi-objective optimization model with stability as the objective function,and a solution method is given;the perception technology of Power Internet of Things is used to realize the data perception of the cable workshop and the exchange of the data is realized through the establishment of an XML-relational data exchange framework.(4)Based on the modeling research,the cable production management system is developed and realized visually.Based on the introduction of visualization technology,visualization model construction and visualization interface implementation methods,the database design of the cable production management system is carried out,using Python programming language and PyCharm as the platform,the cable production management system is developed and the visualization of related functions is realized.The developed system has complete functions,friendly man-machine interface,and has certain reference value. |
